01
Brief and scope
The first discussion establishes the problem, audience, expected outcome, available materials, constraints, responsibilities, and what should remain outside the initial version.
02
Written estimate
The proposed deliverables, timeline, estimate, assumptions, and review process are recorded in writing before either party commits to the work.
03
Agreement and invoice
Fees, currency, payment method, invoicing details, governing terms, intellectual-property transfer, confidentiality, liability, and termination are defined in the applicable written agreement. No international payment should be made before that agreement and its invoice have been confirmed.
04
Delivery and handover
Work is reviewed against the agreed scope. Deliverables, repository access, deployment information, acceptance, and any continuing support are handled according to the project agreement.
05
Contact
Start with a short project brief. Jurisdiction-specific legal, tax, privacy, and payment requirements are checked before an engagement is accepted.
