International engagements
Scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, fees, currency, governing terms, and payment method are agreed in writing for each international project. No payment should be made before the applicable written terms and invoice have been agreed.

Russian domestic service
The Russian public offer and SBP payment flow belong to the Russian-language domestic service. They are not presented as an English international agreement.
